Exchange Terms

  • Articles can be exchanged within 15 days of purchase (from the date of delivery or store purchase).

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags attached and packaging intact.

  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Exchange Procedure

  • Contact our customer service team via sales@drharis.co or 0331 3592172 within 15 days.

  • Provide your order number, reason for exchange, and clear product images.

  • Once approved, we will schedule a pickup or guide you on how to return the parcel.

  • After inspection, your exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.


Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Discounted, clearance, or sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Change of mind or size issues are not valid reasons for return — however, an exchange may be possible.

3. Refund Method

  • If your return is approved, the refund will be issued as store credit or bank transfer, depending on the case.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Return Process

  • Email sales@drharis.co or WhatsApp 0331 3592172 with your order details and reason for return.

  • Our team will review and confirm if the item qualifies for return.

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
