Articles can be exchanged within 15 days of purchase (from the date of delivery or store purchase).

Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags attached and packaging intact.

Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Exchange Procedure

Contact our customer service team via sales@drharis.co or 0331 3592172 within 15 days.

Provide your order number, reason for exchange, and clear product images.

Once approved, we will schedule a pickup or guide you on how to return the parcel.

After inspection, your exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags attached.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Discounted, clearance, or sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

Change of mind or size issues are not valid reasons for return — however, an exchange may be possible.
3. Refund Method

If your return is approved, the refund will be issued as store credit or bank transfer, depending on the case.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
